This terms of service agreement is written and settled by NitroZone.Net. Together with the person(s) which utilize the web hosting service provided by NitroZone.Net, from now on will be called Client(s). Both parties are settle to agree and follow the rules and regulations which are set forth in this agreement:

1. Description of Service.
NitroZone.Net provides web hosting and internet related services. NitroZone.net also provides technical support service which is provided by e-mail, instant message or via our support forums. Client(s) use(s) hardware and software on the web server which is provided by NitroZone.Net. Client(s) may begin using their web hosting account after Client(s) have paid all applicable service fees and has registered for service by filling out the form provided by NitroZone.Net and has received confirmation via e-mail from NitroZone.Net that account creation has taken place.

2. Regulations on Server Usage.
Client(s) IS/ARE FORBIDDEN in any effort to damage, replace or reconfigure NitroZone.Net's server hardware and/or software. Client(s) IS/ARE also FORBIDDEN from using NitroZone.Net's server to enter/damage/replace data and/or system configuration of others' server. Using NitroZone.Net's server for adult/pornographics hosting/linking, running background process (program that runs nonstop in server) and daemon scripts such as IRC boot, rc5des, Java Chat, Proxy Software is FORBIDDEN. Running programs above server limitations (using to much memory and CPU time) which can impact NitroZone.Net's server stabilization and performance is FORBIDDEN . Sending spammed e-mails in large amounts whether it is in news form, product offering, promotion, etc that are not asked for and/or wanted by others is FORBIDDEN. Client(s) found to be in Violation of this policy will be subject to immediate account termination

3. Support Service.
NitroZone.Net agrees to provide customer support services regarding Client(s) web hosting account. These support services include....assisting with technical issues, answering techinical questions, altering Client(s) password and altering file attributes. NitroZone.net does not provide service such as creating and/or debugging CGI scripts, webdesign, advertising nor installing programs that belong to Client(s). NitroZone.Net support services are provided by e-mail, instant message or via our support forums.

4. Domain Name.
NitroZone.net reserves the right to register domain names for Client(s)' if asked in writing by Client(s). Anything related to domain name administration and payment is handled by Client(s) unless NitroZone.Net has agreed to help in this process. Domain names registered by NitroZone.Net on behalf of Client(s)' are NitroZone.Net property for the length of purchase unless otherwise agreed. NitroZone.Net is not responsible for any cause made by the registered domain name unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment and Refund Policy
NitroZone.Net will setup Client(s)' account immediately after NitroZone.Net has received the payment confirmation. Client(s)' submit payments using credit cards, e-checks or secured funds via www.paypal.com. All fees paid to NitroZone.Net for our hosting services are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation.
NitroZone.Net reserves the right to cancel Client(s)' web hosting account if Client(s) DO NOT obey and fulfill the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement. Client(s) may request cancellation of service via email. Client(s) must provide username, domain name and password when requesting account cancellation. Client(s) who have recieved free domain names are not entitled to domain name rights unless otherwise agreed.

7. Disclaimer.
NitroZone.Net is not responsible for the contents of Client(s)' website. Client(s) are/is fully responsible for what is contained on Client(s) website. NitroZone.Net does not guarantee the accuracy and/or completion of the content of Client(s) website. NitroZone.Net is not responsible for the cause made by what is contained within Client(s)' website. NitroZone.Net is not responsible for the loss of data which belongs to Client(s). NitroZone.Net has functions in place so that Client(s) can download and/or store account back ups.

8. Reassemble Agreement.
NitroZone.Net reserves the right to reassemble the content of this agreement at anytime without notice to Client(s).

9. Spam Policy
Spam Emailers are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ! Violation of our spam policy will result in cancellation of Client(s) hosting account with NitroZone.Net immediately ! Violators will not be given refunds !

10. Understanding.
This agreement was written with common definitions used in Computer and Internet Communication fields. By registering for NitroZone.Net's web hosting service, Client(s) are agreeing to the Rules and Regualtions set forth in this Terms of Service Agreement.

This privacy policy is made and settled by NitroZone.net. Together with the person(s) which utilize the web hosting service provided by NitroZone.Net, from now on will be called Client(s). Both parties are settle to agree and follow the rules and regulation which are mentioned below :

NitroZone.net is firmly committed to the privacy of Client(s). NitroZone.Net has developed the following policy to disclose the information gathering and dissemination practices for this site.

NitroZone.Net collects certain information from Client(s) for billing and administrative functions. None of the information collected for these functions is provided to any outside party for any reason. From time to time NitroZone.Net receives inquiries for examples of sites hosted by NitroZone.Net. If Client(s) would like to have their site available for such use, please contact support@nitrozone.net. No information other than Client(s)' site name will be provided to the individual making the inquiry.

Personal information that may be displayed on the Client(s)' site is the responsibility of the Client(s). Security measures are in place to protect against loss, alteration, or misuse of data collected. Client(s) is/are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees utilize their accounts.
